The legendary singer and actress, Julie Andrews made her Broadway debut in The Boy Friend in 1954, and went on to star in My Fair Lady. Her best-known film credits include Mary Poppins, for which she won the 1964 Academy Award for Best Actress. She was nominated again in 1965 for possibly her most iconic role as Maria von Trapp in The Sound Of Music. She has continued to star on both stage and screen - in recent years she has providing the voice for Queen Lillian in Shrek 2 and Shek The Third, and starred in The Princess Diaries movies.
